Application Features

  • eTraq keeps account of incoming and replied mails. This enables us to keep track of mail transaction between client and employee of company.
  • eTraq is a server based solution. There is no need to install any components on client. Client can access eTraq using web browser. Client can also have other OS than server as eTraq passes HTML format to client.
  • eTraq can be installed with any mail server. It works with all Mail Servers.
  • Response time can be specified for customers. This allows us to enable time specific Contract with customers.
  • Mass email marketing templates is available in eTraq which allow us to quickly, and more cost effectively publish Mass marketing materials like Newsletters, Promotion, Announcements, Press Release.
  • Hierarchy of a department can be specified, so as to enable work distribution between employee.
  • Allows to specify reply time. If the person is not replying the email, it will go to one level up so that the Enquiries/Service call is not missed by the company due to mistake/non-attendance of a single employee.
  • Breaks traditional feature of forwarding mail i.e. Traditionally if the owner of mail decides to forward the mail then only others can read the mail. However, in eTraq notification and DR report keeps track of mail of employees.
  • It has built in Database system, so there is no need for another database for eTraq to execute on server.
  • We can define keywords for particular department/user so that if keyword is found in mail subject line / mail detail, it can be notified to a specified manager.
  • eTraq processes mail in real time i.e. As soon as it receives mail on the server it automatically starts processing that mail.
  • We can get reports of replied/unreplied/notified mails.
  • Ignore List can be specified in eTraq. The domains added in eTraq ignore list is ignored by eTraq.
  • Escalated emails can be reassigned to any employee.
